Dr. Jet at Higia utilizes the power of the core and the power of your mind on the beautiful Cadillac Reformer with an oceanfront view! A strong core and fit body is needed to live a healthy life. Dr. Jet created a special workout program incorporating fundamentals of pilates, contrology, prana, the mind and flexible movements of the spine. Each session is a private custom workout created for your needs. Each session begins with spinal work and the entire Higia Pilates session lasts about 90 minutes. A complimentary alignment may be added after the Pilates session to help further reset the mind and release the spine.
