Higia Wellness was created with wholistic wellness in mind. Our founder was inspired by Hygeia, the Greek goddess of health, her prevention of sickness and overall vision of good health. This inspiration led to the creation of Higia Wellness.   • What is the difference between General and QHHT hypnosis?

    QHHT is the deepest level of hypnosis and can usually resolve issues immediately or with some work on the client. This method was created by Dolores Cannon and has more than 50 years of research. General hypnosis may take a little longer to solve core issues but this depends on the client. General hypnosis also does not usually go deep enough to deal with past lives.

  • Can you use both plant herbal allies and hypnosis?

    Yes!

  • What are experiences?

    Higa offers a space holder container experience as a way to grow in wholeness and health as an individual or as a community! Experiences can be personal and intimate or can be at celebrations, within your home or Higia’s recommended space on the ocean.

  • How long is a QHHT session?

    Plan for a 6-8 hour beautiful experience. Where we learn about you. Grounding, Debrief and Snacks provided after the session.
