He created the Chrane Condyle Lift technique which was refined to the alphabiotic alignment. The alignment process allows for stress release around the neck and spine. The brain and our response to stress is integral to health of our body, mind and spirit. Stress likes to keep your brain in a beta wave state. This may not be the most optimal program to run. Alignments allows for a brain reset and increase in alpha wave states which promote rest and relaxation.
Stress has evolved over time but human’s response to stress has not. We as a species do not have an autopilot function to gather and rest but rather only to fight or flight. This is seen in the body and its response to stress. Even if the stressful stimuli is distant and in the past the body may still trigger physical responses to a similar stressor. Your body remembers more than you realize and even mounts stress responses to memories! Stress and how your brain and body responds to stress specifically alter your life and brain waves.
Our brain has different wave states that act almost like different record tracks vibrating at even different frequencies. We are frequencies and this has been shown in quantum physics. When the brain is stressed it utilizes the beta wave function to the problem solve and engage in specific functions utilized by the brain in this frequency. You do not need a beta state constantly. Alpha state is optimal for recharging. Alignments allows for more alpha brain wave transmission due to a quick reset technique. This reset allows for more relaxing and recharging due to the alpha wave transmission. It allows for release and movement of trapped pressures as well via the alignment process. The alignment process essentially turns the power back on and allows the body to work its magic.
