Higa created magical experiences within with wholistic wellness in mind. Whether it is a plant ally or hypnosis both journeys may reveal what you are searching for. All Higia plant ally experiences include a wonderfully dosed herbal plant ally, grounding and snacks, beautiful sound baths and tracts to help ease brain wave states and work synergistically with plant allies.

Experiences may also be group herbal knowledge seeking sessions as well. This is where we dive deep into the understanding of the herbal plant. Learning energetics and how to communicate. We talk about pairings, pharmacognosy and when to use.
